1. Go to Manufacturing in the back office.
  2. Select Manufacturing Runs.
  3. Click Create a Manufacturing Run.
  4. Select your manufacturer.
  5. Choose the product(s) you want to manufacture.
  6. Enter the number of units you want to make.
  7. Add any additional costs, such as labor or expenses.
  8. Select the warehouse where the products are being manufactured.
  9. Select the location of where the products are being receipted to.
  10. Set the start, expected delivery and completion expected dates for the run.
  11. Add a reference and tags if applicable.
  12. Click Save.
  13. To continue on this Manufacturing Run, click View this manufacturing run
  14. Before starting the run, this will need to be checked and submitted.
  15. To start the run, go to Picks and generate a new pick for the run by selecting the reference of "I'm picking manufacturing runs", or click Pack All Items if completing from Back Office.
  16. Pack All Items to indicate that you have all the raw materials ready.
  17. Once the goods are packed, click Start to change the status to "In Progress."
  18. When the manufacturing is complete, receive the goods in the warehouse.
  19. Go to Goods In and select Receive Goods Against a Manufacturing Run.
  20. Enter the number of units received and mark any blemished items.
  21. Click Complete Goods Receipt.
  22. Go back to the Manufacturing run and close to finalise.
The manufacturing run is now complete, and the finished goods are available for sale.
