What you'll need:

  • Your Royal Mail Click & Drop account credentials.
  • A Stok.ly account.

Steps:

  1. Generate an API Key from Royal Mail:

    • Log in to your Royal Mail Click & Drop account.
    • Go to your "Dashboard".
    • Select "Integrate your online stores".
    • Click "Add new integration".
    • Choose "Click & Drop API".  
    • Fill in the required details and click "Save".
    • You'll be provided with your unique API key. Copy this key.
  2. Enter the API Key in Stok.ly:

    • Log in to your Stok.ly account.
    • Navigate to the "Shipping Providers" section.
    • Select "Royal Mail" as your shipping provider.
    • Paste the API key you copied earlier into the designated field.
    • Save your settings.

Important Notes:

  • Online Business Account (OBA): To print labels directly from Stok.ly, you'll need an OBA account with Royal Mail. If you don't have one, you can still create shipments in Stok.ly, but you'll need to print labels from your Royal Mail Click & Drop account.
  • Business Service Codes: If you have an OBA account, ensure the "Use business service codes" option is enabled in Stok.ly.

That's it! Your Royal Mail account should now be linked to Stok.ly, allowing for a smoother shipping process.
