Purchase and Sell in multi-currency. Set your Base Currency to trade in e.g. GBP, USD or EUR etc, add Currencies to the Currency chart, set Exchange Rates for Purchase Orders and Sales Orders. Use specific exchange rates for each Purchase Order or Sales Order or simply draw the exchange rate from the Currency Chart.
This video takes you through the process of receiving a return and exchanging the item. First receive the returned item via Goods In either on the Stock App or Back Office. To exchange the Item, open Returns and find the Open Return completed in Goods In. Once you have exchanged an Item in Returns, Stok.ly will create a new sales order to process the item through Fulfilment (Pick, Pack & Dispatch) just like any order coming in through eCommerce or POS for delivery.
