Returns: Exchange an Item ready for dispatch

This video takes you through the process of receiving a return and exchanging the item. First receive the returned item via Goods In either on the Stock App or Back Office. To exchange the Item, open Returns and find the Open Return completed in Goods In. Once you have exchanged an Item in Returns, Stok.ly will create a new sales order to process the item through Fulfilment (Pick, Pack & Dispatch) just like any order coming in through eCommerce or POS for delivery.
