The advanced search filters in stok.ly make it easy to:
- Narrow down lists quickly
- Use consistent filtering across all list views
- Save filters for future use
The following are explanations on how to use this feature in both video and text formats:
1. Accessing Filters

At the top of every table in Stok.ly, you’ll see a Filters option.

Click Filters to open the filtering menu.
2. Creating a New Filter

Click Create New Filter.

Choose your filter criteria.

Example: To view only Goods Out notes for the Hereford store, select:

Dispatch Location → Any of Hereford Store.

Click Apply Filter.

The list will now show only items matching your selected criteria.

3. Saving and Reusing Filters

To save the filter for later use, give it a name.

Click Save and Apply.

The Filters icon in the top-right corner will update to show the name of the active filter.

Even if you navigate away and return, the saved filter will remain active.
4. Switching Between Filters

To create another filter (e.g., for a different store location):

Click Edit on your existing filter.

Update the criteria and give it a new name.

Click Save and Apply.

You can now switch between filters quickly to view different sets of data.
5. Editing Existing Filters

To adjust a saved filter:

Click Edit.

Change the criteria (e.g., include a status like “Open”).

Click Save and Apply to update.

The list will refresh to show only records matching your updated settings.
